Content Strategy

Building a Multi-Platform Ecosystem

I operate multiple content brands serving independent authors and readers—each with distinct voice, format, and audience, unified by a strategic content architecture.

The System

Rather than chasing virality on a single platform, I built an ecosystem where content flows strategically through stages of audience development:

  • Discovery — Short-form video (YouTube Shorts) and Twitter (X) commentary bring cold audiences into the ecosystem

  • Engagement — Long-form YouTube, weekly podcast, and Substack essays convert casual viewers into invested followers

  • Conversion — Premium offerings (paid newsletter, marketing community, books) serve the most engaged segment

Each piece of content is designed for repurposing: a single interview becomes a full YouTube episode, multiple short clips, newsletter content, and social posts—maximizing output while minimizing production overhead.
